Constant ponding of water in a very busy intersection, creating dangerous drivingconditions. Run off from 2 roads is collected in this inlet that gets saturated with silt and trash. Inspection and flushing plate	Stormwater Solutions proposed to the City a simple but very effective solution to the roble. The old inlet was remoed, a bigger hole was created to insert a support blanket of the 2" Drainage cell then on top our larger EcoRain tank boxes were installed and again a top blanket of the 2" Drainage Cell was installed on top of the Modular EcoRain boxes to ensure extra loading protection, all was cover with geotextile creating a large void/storage space to give the water room to slowly percolate into the ground. This particular installation was done in sandy conditions but the system will work equally well in clay soils, please contact us to let you know how.	A new bottomless inlet was installed and sits right on top of the 2" Drainage Cells, around the walls of the inlet pre-wrapped 2" Drainage Cells were cut to size, then clean sand was pour into the space. The system allows for water to be filtrated and clean before it gets into the water table or stormdrains, pollution is collected by the sand, excess water is evacuated by the newly created porous walls of the inlet. The system has been in operation well over a year and performing perfectly. The City is now replacing other problem areas with our system.
